He is an established manager, mentor, architect, designer, and problem solver with the depth and wide-ranging knowledge and experience to ask the right questions of the right people, and get results.
Patrick von Schlag
Mr. von Schlag is a proven thought leader, motivator, and developer of effective customer-oriented technology education solutions, with 20 years experience in IT solution sales, marketing, program development, delivery, and validation. Mr. von Schlag is a founder and President of Deep Creek Center, a learning consultancy with expertise in ITIL, business analysis, network infrastructure, Web/application development, security, and database management for Fortune 500 and large government customers. Mr. von Schlag’s extensive IT and business solutions background includes experience in the health care, education, energy, software, and training sectors. His customers include market leaders in pharmaceuticals, energy, government, financial services, and manufacturing, among many others.
Al Howard
Mr. Howard is Course Director for Deep Creek’s Project Management solutions and brings more than 40 years of enterprise experience in all aspects of project planning, execution, and control. His expertise extends to Project, Program and Product Management, Training, Curriculum Development; New Product Launches; Marketing & Support; and documentation/process development for Operational, Tactical and Strategic enterprise objectives.
Al Maurer
Mr. Maurer has extensive leadership experience directing technical organizations, with Program management expertise in both public and private sectors. He has led projects with multimillion dollar budgets and creates and leads cross-cultural and functional teams to complete multiple priorities and projects. Mr. Maurer has demonstrated skills in Total Quality/6 Sigma and ITIL methodology, process reengineering, and project management. His proven ability to analyze requirements, develop concepts, identify priorities, and coordinate resources has saved his customers tens of millions of dollars and improved overall service quality and availability.
